What to expect
What she does on day one — and what she doesn't yet.
Everything on this page is live today. Where something isn't built, it says so.
The moment you log in
- She interviews you, once. Seven sections, about twenty minutes, stop and resume any time: your entities and how revenue rolls up, what's off-limits, how to refer to customers, the five numbers you watch and what normal, uneasy and alarming look like for each, who else gets a login. Every answer becomes a fact in your company's memory as you give it.
- She reads your books. QuickBooks Online (read-only, authorized on Intuit's site, synced nightly back to your first month). Odoo (your own instance, by an API key you create and can delete). Or a spreadsheet or PDF you hand her. Nothing she connects to is ever written to.
- She answers in plain language with her sources showing. Margin, cash, receivables, customers, months, trends. When she's guessing she says so; when she can't see something she says that instead of inventing it.
- She watches your five numbers. After every sync she measures them against your bands and tells you the moment one crosses into uneasy or alarming.
- She asks you questions. When she's missing something she needs, it lands on your board. A sentence back becomes memory.
- She learns from corrections — immediately, and they bank as training material for your own model.
- Documents. Ask for a spreadsheet or a one-page summary and she produces the file.
- Your people. You invite them and set what each can see. Boundaries you set are enforced on every answer, for everyone.
Your company's memory is yours alone. Your data is never used to train models that serve anyone else; your conversations and corrections train your model, built to eventually run on hardware you own. Train in the cloud, run sovereign.
What she is not
Business intelligence and financial data analysis. Not a financial, legal, or tax advisor. She never decides anything about a person, and her output is reviewed by you.
What needs something from you
| Know what your numbers mean | Do the interview — twenty minutes |
| Flag when a number crosses a line | Set bands on your five watched numbers |
| Answer from live books | Connect QuickBooks or Odoo, or upload monthly statements |
| Get sharper every week | Answer what's on her board; correct her when she's wrong |
| Be useful to your team | Invite them and set their access |
What isn't built yet
- Connectors beyond QuickBooks, Odoo and file upload. Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, bank feeds, payroll — coming, not here. Tap the card in Sources and we see you asked.
- Reading your ERP live (Total ETO, NetSuite and the like) — done per engagement, not self-serve.
- Dollar-value accounting of what she's saved you. She shows real counts — memories, corrections, conversations — not invented savings.
- A native mobile app. The workspace works in a phone browser.
- Running on your own hardware. That's the end state; trials and early clients run in NEUL's cloud.
The first thirty days, realistically
Week 1: claim the login, do the interview, connect the books, ask her ten questions you'd normally pull a report for. Week 2: answer her board, correct what she got wrong, check the watch list. Weeks 3–4: she's answering from your data in your vocabulary, and every Friday an email tells you what she learned, what's waiting on you, and where your numbers sit. Reply to it and a person reads it.
